Job Description/Responsiblity:
  • Prepare CS (Comparative Statement) for local procurement and ensure better quality and price.
  • Handover of any items for any project & ensure delivery timeline/just-in-time sourcing of required material or service.
  • Approve project budget based on precedence and/or present market survey.
  • Do project procurement as per approved budget.
  • Develop alternative suppliers for qualitative & quantitative improvement in procurement.
  • Analysis project budget in every after complete of any major activity.
  • Maintain separate files (soft & hard) for every project currently in hand & submit monthly report stating procurement status & next month budget.
  • Submit project procurement completion report.
  • Issue work order for procurement and convince vendors for 45 days differed payment.
  • Increase amounts payable period to suppliers from 30 to 60 days.
  • Ensure VAT & AIT deduction at the time of payment
  • Ensure local warranty replacement by due date.
  • Save bank interest cost by effective handling related transactions.
  • Maintain necessary coordination with SBUs for any procurement.
Educational Requirements:

  • BA/MA/B.Com/M.Com.
